Biography

Sarah is the Senior Department Administrative Coordinator for the Architecture Department at the University of Virginia’s School of Architecture. She works closely with the department chair, faculty, and staff to support the department’s priorities and operations, with responsibilities spanning budgets, faculty administration, academic programs, planning, and special projects. She also provides finance and operations support for the Valmarana Center in Vicenza, Italy.

A Charlottesville native and UVA alumna, Sarah spent more than two decades in strategic communications before returning to UVA. She brings a collaborative, practical approach to her work and enjoys helping people navigate complex projects, stay aligned around shared priorities, and move important work forward.
