Biography

Alison Morin is the School of Architecture's Human Resources Business Partner. She serves as a strategic advisor, collaborator, and proactive consultant, working with School leadership to provide innovative HR solutions to meet business goals. In this role, she provides services in talent planning, program administration, performance advising, and risk management related to human resources.

Before joining UVA HR, Alison worked in the Center for Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning at the UVA School of Education and Human Development. She earned a B.S. in Psychology from Tulane University and a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
