Holly Middaugh
DIRECTOR OF ADMISSION
Holly Middaugh is the Director of Admission for the University of Virginia School of Architecture. She oversees recruitment, admissions, and yield for the School’s undergraduate and graduate programs, leading strategic initiatives to support inclusive, student-centered admissions practices.
Before joining the School of Architecture in January 2026, Middaugh served as Associate Director of Admissions at UVA’s Darden School of Business, where she supported applicant engagement and yield strategy. She previously coordinated NASA’s internship programs at the Johnson Space Center and Headquarters. Her work reflects a commitment to equitable access, thoughtful engagement, and community-building across educational pathways.
