WHIL Project--Mapping

This Website was constructed to facilitate communicating map documents and information generated as part of the Water and Health in Limpolo Project.

The project, which brings together universities and communities, aims to become a replicable model for design and implementation of water and sanitation projects. U.Va. partners with the University of Venda on various initiatives in the area.

This site contains maps generated in the communities during the Summer 2009, tutorials used to aid in the instruction of local university students in GIS and some of the data files generated for the production of local maps.
