U.S. Landslide Hazard map

This map shows the incidence and severity of landslides across the United States.  Because we live in the Appalachain mountain range, and because of certain soil types and our region's climatology, we are susceptible to low/moderate incidence, with low, moderate, and high loss due to these landslides.
