temporary structures re-interpret the church. these structures find there way all over the city masking facades, re-shaping spaces, in a way re-inventing the city.

unusual forms outside of the city on the Lido. these objects form an industrial edge to the opening of the lagoon.

Along the Riva along the Grand Canal. This edge is an abrupt transition between ground and water. It is occupied by people, vendors, animals and bright light.

Maria Salute is a church that unfolds to become a stage and conversly a venue for spectators. The Grand Canal is like a Piazza.
