The ecoMOD Project, directed by Assoc. Professor of Architecture John Quale with Engineering Director Paxton Marshall, divided their students in teams to build shelters with no more than $10 worth of materials, and spend the night in them. The next ecoMOD house will be built in the spring 2009 semester in partnership with the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
