Why did you choose to attend the University of Virginia?
Extraordinary campus and the opportunity to study in one of the best undergraduate architecture programs.
How did you become interested in architecture?
I had grown up around architects (my parents!) and felt that architecture enabled and facilitated cross-disciplinary study.
What do you enjoy the most about Charlottesville?
The intellectual community of my peers at the A-School.
What is the most interesting project you've worked on?
Each of our projects presents an opportunity for spatial and material exploration.
What have you learned that surprised you?
That it is quite possible to translate and adapt the specifics of a great education to any context.
