For the past 18 years, DesignIntelligence has conducted and published the results of the America's Best Architecture & Design Schools survey, which asks hiring professionals, academics, and students to provide their perspectives on the strengths of programs throughout the United States.
UVA School of Architecture is proud of its exceptional ability to prepare our graduates for professional life and its longstanding history as a model for design innovation and leadership. To solidify these strengths through our rankings, we strongly encourage your participation in the 2018-2019 survey. If you are a person in your firm who hires architects or landscape architects, you are invited to share your experiences and perspectives through the HIRING PROFESSIONAL SURVEY. If you have graduated within the past 12 months, you are invited to completed the RECENT GRADUATE / STUDENT SURVEY.
Your participation is critical in influencing the results, as these annual surveys are a leading resource to rank architecture, landscape architecture and design programs and are used widely by prospective students and the industry.
The survey requires about 15-20 minutes of your time. Please use the following links to access the surveys. If you hire in more than one discipline (Architecture and Landscape Architecture), or received degrees in both disciplines, we invite you to complete a survey for each. The survey deadline is Friday, June 8.

The results will be published to a new website as the 2018 America's Top Ranked Architecture & Design Schools where three sets of rankings will be reported:
- MOST ADMIRED PROGRAMS
- Schools from which the greatest number of graduates are hired
- SchoolS chosen as the strongest in each of twelve speciality focus areas
Continuing the tradition of highlighting the most admired architecture and design educators, all participants will be asked to provide names of admired educators.
