Lecturer C. Cole Burrell Discusses Native Plants and New Book in NYT Article

Lecturer in Landscape Architecture C. Cole Burrell is extensively quoted in an article in today’s New York Times, “Plants that Won’t Run Wild in the Woods,” by Anne Raver. In his new guide book, ?Native Alternatives to Invasive Plants,” (Brooklyn Botanic Garden, 2006), Burrell outlines the various exotic plant species to be avoided in specific regions of the country, as well as some of the more invasive native plants.
