Derek - I am now officially back in civilzation/charlottesville (?) and the walk here was everything you might expect and more!
As for your question, there are sufficient complexities involved in the semester that we will have a fairly worked out schedule right from the beginning. However, as the great Prussian strategist Von Clausewitz insisted, plans are only useful in that they can be departed from. I'll look forward to working with all of you to make sure the plans fit the goals and vice versa.
