Dear All - given that so many of you are on different schedules, and that the cost of the flights will come back to you, it looks like it will be easier for you to each be in charge of your own travel (it turns out this is how it has been done in the past, too.). Here are the details:
Arrive in Venice : by October 2nd
Last day of class in Venice December 15 (also the last day the school is paying for your apartments, but it should be easy to make individual arrangements to extend once we are there)
It is highly reccomended also that you fly straight to Venice (Malpensa Airport)
(Milan is a 6 hour train ride, Rome a 4 hour train ride, Treviso a 1 hour train ride.)
