Final Exercises 2018 Recap

This year’s graduation weekend and Final Exercises marked the celebration of 165 School of Architecture graduates, with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Architectural History, Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Urban + Environmental Planning. The School of Architecture leadership, faculty and staff proudly congratulate our students for their accomplishments, their creativity and scholarship, passion and leadership. On Sunday, graduates shared this momentous occasion by listening to the words of faculty and student speakers Dean Ila Berman, Undergraduate Student Speaker Sophie Schectman, Undergraduate Faculty Speaker Suzanne Moomaw, Graduate Student Speaker Katherine Watts, and Graduate Faculty Speaker Teresa Galí-Izard. In the spirit of the School of Architecture’s mission, graduates heard once again about the power of effective change through design, policy and advocacy; and each graduate was reminded of how the impact of our disciplines continue to grow with the School of Architecture’s collective excellence.
