These three residential blocks comprise the last part of this section along Massachusetts Avenue. The main difference between the contemporary and the 1904 building footprints is the absence of the Bernard Hotel, which fronted on 11th Street and o ffered a distinct presence on Lincoln Park in 1904. Today, Lincoln Park is surrounded by row housing, apartment buildings on the north and west sides, and a church on the east side of the square.
