SARC Equipment Orientations and Workshops
Laser Cutter Orientation
This course is an orientation to using the laser cutters, raster and vector processing, materials, software control, and safety. This course is required of all who want to use the equipment. After you take this course, you will be placed on the login list to access the machines.
Roll Scanner Orientation
This course is an orientation to using the wide-format roll scanners in the studios. General use, safety, and care of the machines are covered. This course is required of all who want to use the equipment. After you take this course, you will be placed on the login list to access the machine.Training sessions are offered regularly during the semester. Watch for email annoucements and sign-up sheets on the door to the labs.
