Description
Teach courses in NAAB accredited Master of Architecture Program composed of undergraduate pre-professional program (BS) and professional graduate program (M.Arch). Successful candidate will be able to teach design studios in a program focused on urban architecture and its relation to market forces.
Teaching experience strongly preferred. Applicant should have proven track record of excellence in design studio pedagogy, and have shown a commitment to the relationship of ecology, buildings, and the urban landscape. An M.Arch degree (or equivalent) is required for the position, though experience in both architecture and landscape architecture is preferred. Candidates should show a clear research agenda and published or publishable evidence of their research activity. Candidates must also have experience in, or demonstrated commitment to, working with a diverse School staff and students.
Start date: September, 2010.
