Description
E2 Inc., a small consulting firm primarily working for the US EPA, is looking to hire an Environmental Site Planner/Brownfield Redevelopment.

Environmental consulting firm, E2 Inc., is accepting applications for a full time environmental site planner to join our Community Planning and Design Group. Our planning services specialize in helping communities revitalize contaminated properties and neighborhoods. Our group integrates stakeholder goals, site and regional analysis, regulatory and technical constraints, and regional drivers to create future use scenarios and evaluate the suitability of future use options for contaminated sites. We are looking for a self-starter, team player with excellent site planning, graphic representation and communication skills.

Qualified applicants must have:

* Masters degree in landscape architecture, planning or equivalent experience
* One to three years site planning or redevelopment project experience
* Proficiency with ArcGIS and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Excellent writing, graphic and presentation skills
* Experience in brownfield redevelopment, marketing, economic analysis or facilitation.


Applicants with additional years of experience may also be considered and compensated accordingly. Project work requires occasional overnight travel to visit community projects across the country.
