IN CELEBRATION OF OUR IMPACT

Held annually in the fall, the A-School Dean's Forum Dinner celebrates the accomplishments of the School of Architecture and acknowledges the generosity of our A-School community.

150-250 Dean's Forum members, alumni, friends, donors, parents, faculty, and current students all gather for this memorable evening, typically held in a magnificent historic estate or architecturally significant venue in and around Charlottesville and Albemarle County. Past locations include Morven, Barboursville, Blenheim, the Jefferson Theater on the downtown mall, Blue Ridge Farm, UVA Grounds, and Monticello + Montalto for the 25th Anniversary. The A-School Distinguished Alumni Award is presented at this dinner and the Dean provides an update on the School.

29TH ANNUAL DEAN'S FORUM DINNER

Held in conjunction with UVA's Bicentennial Kick-off Weekend (October 5-7, 2017), the 29th Annual Dean's Forum Dinner was a night to remember. The event welcomed forum members to celebrate together and acknowledge all the Dean’s Forum members for 29 years of leadership, support and dedication to the School of Architecture. The 2017 A-School Distinguished Alumni Award was presented to Adam Yarinsky (BS Arch ‘84)  and the dinner was hosted at the home of Bruce and Jim Murray (Col ‘68).
