Visiting the School
Prospective students and families are welcome to visit the School, tour the building, meet current students, and see our community in action. More information is included below. If you have questions, please contact the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid at 434-924-6442.
Prospective Undergraduate Student Visits
All prospective undergraduate students are encouraged to attend an Admissions Session and Grounds tour provided by the University of Virginia Office of Admission. Additionally, the School of Architecture offers tours of the building led by current students from September through May. Summer tours are also available.
If you would like to visit the School of Architecture specifically, please complete a tour request form online. In order to better accommodate our visitors, we ask that you request a tour at least a week in advance of your arrival date. A confirmation of your tour will be e–mailed to the address you list on the form. You may be contacted by the School of Architecture if we cannot accommodate your tour request.
Prospective Graduate Student Visits
Prospective graduate students are encouraged to visit the School of Architecture during a Graduate Open House. However, students unable to attend an Open House may visit at another time. Please contact Erica Spangler, Director of Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid, at arch-admissions@virginia.edu or 434-924-6442 to request an individual visit. In order to better accommodate our visitors, we ask that you request a visit at least a week in advance of your arrival date.
